Mechanism of Anodic Dissolution Facilitating Ambient Creep of Brass

摘要: 陽極溶解產生過飽和空位引起刃位錯攀移,從而導致蠕變速率dε/dt的升高。計算表明,dε/dt和電流密度成正比,與試樣直徑成反比,并和溶液脫鋅程度有關。黃銅棒狀試樣的室溫蠕變實驗表明,陽極極化可使蠕變速率dε/dt升高,實驗結果和理論計算基本一致。Abstract: The creep rate resulting from dislocation climb induced by vacancy supereaturation during the anodic polarization has been calculated.The results showed that the creep rate in both solutions increased linearly with the increase of the anodic current density and was approximately inversely proportional to the radius of the specimen and related to the degree of de-alloying.The experimental data supported the proposed mechanism.
