    摘要
  • 摘要: 研究了金屬切削過程的聲發射機理,建立了正交切削條件下的金屬切削過程聲發射理論模型,即聲發射信號能量與切削參數間的關系模型。通過車削加工過程聲發射檢測實驗,證實了模型的正確性。

     

    Abstract: The mechanism of Acoustic Emission phenomenon in cutting process is studied.A analytical model relating the acoustic emission signal energy content to the cutting process parameters in orthogonal metal cutting is presented.Its correction is confirmed by the result of experiments carried out in turning process.
