Influence of MnS Addictive Methods on Mechanical Properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS Sintered Steels

摘要: 比較了混合法及預合金法添加MnS的Fe-Cu-C-MnS燒結鋼中MnS分布特點和鋼的力學性能的差異。結果發現:采用混合法添加MnS時,存在于鐵顆粒間的MnS將影響鐵顆粒間的燒結,降低了鐵顆粒間連接強度,降低了燒結鋼的力學性能;而采用預合金法添加MnS時,MnS均勻分布于燒結體內部,對鐵顆粒間燒結影響很小,故不影響Fe-Cu-C-MnS燒結鋼的力學性能。Abstract: The difference between MnS distribution and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steels with admixed and pre-alloyed MnS is compared.It is found that when MnS is admixed,MnS particals between Fe powders affect the sintering of Fe powders,so the bounding strength of Fe powders and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steel is lowered.While MnS is pre-alloyed,MnS is distributed inside Fe powder,it has no influence on sintering between Fe powders and mechanical properties of sintered steel.
