Non-Metallic Inclusions Accumulation in the Slab Inner-Side for Vertical Bending Caster

摘要: 對在線硫印檢測中發現帶直立段的弧形連鑄機內弧側出現夾雜物集聚的鑄坯進行了系統的檢驗,對夾雜物的數量、組成、類型、分布進了分析。內弧側集聚的夾雜物主要來源于浸入式水口中的堵塞物,它們被卷入到液相穴的深處而未能上浮,被凝固前沿捕捉所致。文中還提出了相應的解決措施。Abstract: Non-metallic inclusions accumulated in the inner-side of slab for vertical bending caster were obserbed by on-line sulphur-print examination.The quantity or distribution and composition of inclusions is examined for such slab.It is concluled that the non-metallic inclusions accumulated in the inner-side of slab came from the blockage matrix of the immersion nozzle,which was entrapped into the liquid pool.Some improvements to avoid the includions accumulation are also presented.
