Target Model of the Automatic Shape Control on Cold Strip Mill

摘要: 建立了薄帶冷軋機的板形自動控制目標設定模型,它以軋后帶鋼的在線屈曲和后屈曲理論為板形生成的力學判據,以實測帶鋼溫度橫向分布為補償,分別在203OCVC冷連軋機和1250HC冷軋機上運行成功。生產實績證明其控制效果優于原用的引進模型,板形質量顯著提高。

Abstract: The paper established a setting target model of the automatic shape control on the cold strip mill. It based on the on-lines buckling and postbuckling analysis, with a compensation of temperature measurement across the strip width. It was acomplished on two modernized strip mill, 2030 CVC and 1250 HC, and its efficiency was proved to be superior to that of the imported model.
