Relationship between the Microstructure of Fe-CuC-MnS Sintered Steel and the Process

摘要: 本文通過SEM顯微組織觀察及燒結過程模型研究了Fe-Cu-C-MnS燒結鋼顯微組織形成與實際工藝過程的關系,認為Fe-Cu-C-MnS燒結鋼中MnS的分布與MnS添加方式密切相關:采用混合法添加MnS時,MnS通常分布在鐵顆粒燒結頸附近,而采用預合金法添加MnS時,MnS則分布于鐵顆粒內。Abstract: Relationship between the microstructure of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steel and the process is inverstigated by using SEM microstructure observation and sintering model. it has been found that the distribution of MnS is due to it's additive method, when MnS is admixed most of MnS is distributed near the sintering neck of two Fe powders while MnS is pre-alloyed, most of MnS is inside Fe powder.
