Molten Slag for the Centrifugal Casting with the Remelted Steel Water

摘要: 有襯電渣爐煉制的鋼水進行離心澆注的過程中,選定CaO-SiO2-CaF2-Na2O-Al2O3-MgO渣系,按給定渣系成分的熔渣進行帶渣離心澆注試驗.試驗結果表明:新渣系未對澆注鋼水產生任何污染,形成的渣皮非常均勻,厚度僅在1~2mm之間,有效地防止了表面裂紋和氣孔的產生。Abstract: The molten slag belonged to the CaO-SiO2-CaF2-Na2O-Al2O3-MgO slag system is tested in the centrifugal casting with the remelted steel water, the domestic composition of the used slag is decided from the given method. The results of the experiment show that the new slag system do not produce any pollution to the steel water for pouring, the slag lining on the ingot surface is very even and thin, its thichness is only l~2mm, the surface crackle and gas hole are prevented effectively.
