Opaque Glaze with Separated-Phases And Its Opaque Mechanism

摘要: 研制了一種具有相當遮蓋力和白度的新型分相乳濁釉,其主要成分為SiO2、B2O3、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、ZnO、K2O和Na2O.通過電子顯微鏡觀察,證實這種釉是分相乳濁釉.引用玻璃分相理論進行分析,探討其產生分相現象的原因和其光學乳濁原理。Abstract: A new opaque galze with separated phases was investigated. The chemical compositions of the glaze are SiO2, B2O3, Al2O3, CaO, MgO, ZnO, K2O, Na2O, etc. The over-all opaque effect of this glaze comes from phase separations in it which indicated by SEM.The opacifying effects of this glaze are resulted from the different grain size exists in glaze due to phase separation, that was explained withvitreous theory on phase separation and optical opacifying principle.
