摘要: 建立了四輥軋機輥系軸向動態模型,根據摩擦學的預位移理論,確定了輥系接觸軸向剛度的概念和量級,由此得到了輥系的固有特性,確定了軸向動負荷放大系數,為合理地分析軸向力對軋輥軸承的作用提供了依據。

Abstract: A reasonable dynamic model of the axial vibration for 4-H strip mills is established in this paper. And with the predisplacement theory in tribophysics,the definition of axial rigidity is given. The axial nature character is obtained. The analysis of the dynamic load amplification factor provides basis for reasonable discussing the effect of the axial force on roll bearings.
