Development of Process Software on UHP-EAF

摘要: 本文運用"黑箱"的方法對超高功率電弧爐煉鋼工藝過程做了系統分析,基于物料衡算、能量衡算和化學平衡建立的數學模型,使用BASIC、DBASE等高級算法語言,對電弧爐煉鋼工藝過程計算機操作軟件進行了開發研究.

Abstract: In this paper, systemic analysis on process of steelmaking in UHP-EAF was done by the method of "Black Box". With BASIC and DBASE algorithmic language,a computer sofeware of steelmaking in EAF has been developed according to the mathematical models, which based on the mass and thermal equilibrium as well as the chemical balance.
