The Simulation Milling in Hot Strip Mill Computer Control System

摘要: 從硬件和軟件兩個方面介紹了模擬軋鋼的具體使用方法和實現的手段。詳細地給出了軋線上各處檢測器狀態時序的計算方法、模擬方案數據的確定,最后還給出了模擬調節程序的模擬運行方法。

Abstract: It is necessary to design and setup simulation milling in modern hot strip mill computer control system. The paper introduces simulation milling's function and signification, as well as the application about hardware and software. There has been given in detail the method of calculating simulation schedule data. Finally. the runing of analogy regulator programs is also simulated
