Effects of Alloying Elements on the Magnetic Properties of Sm₂(Fe,M)₁₇N_y Compound

摘要: 采用機械破碎與氫破碎和氮氣-固相反應法制得了Sm₂(Fe,M)₁₇N_y化合物粉末及粉末壓結體,研究了金屬釤含量、過渡元素(M=Co、Cr、V、Mn、Zr、Si、Ga)部分取代鐵時對Sm₂(Fe_1-xM_x)₁₇N_y粉末壓結體磁性能的影響。結果表明:鉻、鎵能顯著提高粉末的矯頑力。Sm₂(Fe_0.017Ga_0.983)₁₇N_y粉末壓結體的矯頑力達到iHc=2000kA/m。

Abstract: Sm₂(Fe,M)₁₇N_y compound powder has been made by the hydrogen treatment and nitrogen absorption treatment. The effects of Sm content and the additions of Co,Cr,V,Zr,Si and Ga on magnetic properties of Sm₂(Fe_1-xM_x)₁₇N_y, compound powder have been studied.The coercivity of Sm₂(Fe_0.987Ga_0.017)₁₇N_y powder is 2 000kA/m
