On Hot Extrusion Process of P/M 316L Stainless Steel

摘要: 研究了氮氣霧化316L粉的真空碳熱還原燒結規律和擠壓坯密度對熱擠壓工藝和擠壓材性能的影響。獲得了1種粉末316L鋼無包套熱擠壓新工藝,即氮氣霧化制粉→粉末振實真空燒結→熱擠壓。由于在真空燒結中碳對氧化物的還原作用,使316L霧化鋼水的碳含量可以適當提高,簡化了熔煉工藝。Abstract: Vacuum carbothermal reduction of N2-atomized 316L powders and effects of green compact density on hot extrusion and properties of extruded products were investigated. A new capsuleless hot extrusion process of P/M 316L stainless steel was developed and is suitable for present industrial condi tions in China. The basic route of the process is: N2 atomization→vacuum sinte-ring→hot extrusion.
