硅對低碳Si-Mn雙相鋼纖維組織的影響

Influence of Si on the Formation and Variation of Fibrous Martensite of Low Carbon Si-Mn Dual-Phase Steel

  • 摘要: 研究了硅對低碳Si-Mn雙相鋼纖維狀馬氏體形成、變化的影響。結果表明:在過熱度△T(奧氏體化溫度與AC1的溫度差值)相近的條件下,鋼中硅含量提高有阻止馬氏體纖維粗化的作用。原始組織為高溫淬火態的鋼,在(α+γ)兩相區二次淬火組織中,纖維馬氏體開始消失的溫度隨鋼中硅含量增多而升高,鋼中硅含量每增加一倍,該溫度相應升高約40℃。
