摘要: 化學氣相沉積(CVD)涂層TiN、Ti(C,N)是提高模具使用壽命的有效途徑。本文總結了涂層模具的使用情況,分析了壽命提高的原因。

Abstract: The effective channel for improved die life is chemical vapor deposition (CVD) coatings of Ti (C, N) and TiN. This report summarises the service conditions of some coating coated dies in application to industry. The mechanism of improved die life is also studied.
