A GTO Scherbius Drive with Sinnsoidal Current and High Power Factor

摘要: 在提高常規串級凋速裝置的功率因數的基礎上,研究了能降低逆變電流中諧波成分的逆變控制方案。使用GTO代替常規逆變器中的可控硅,借助次諧波PWM技術選擇最佳開關點,并使逆變器觸發角α基180°~270°內變化,則能抑制逆變器的諧波電流,還能提高逆變器的功率因數。這套裝置用于串級調速的實驗表明:電流超前型的功率因數比滯后型的有明顯提高,逆變電流中低次諧波大大減少。Abstract: The paper discusses the strategy of reducing the harmonic currents of the inverter on the base of improving the power factor of conventional static scherbius drives. Not only the harmonic currents of inverter has been suppressed, but also the power factor of inverter has been improved with the aid of subharmonic PWM techniques for deter-mining optimal switching angles and making firing angle α vary between 180° and 270° using GTO thyristor instead of normal thyristor in inverter. The scherbius drive experiments employing the new inverter show that the power factor of leading current type is much higher than lagging current type and the lower order harmonic currents of the inverter have been grertly reduced. The structure and the control of the equipment is very simple.
