Mathematical Model of the Oxygen Top-Bottom Combined Blowing Process in Laboratory Experiments

摘要: 對氧氣復吹轉爐熱模型試驗煉鋼過程中的冶金反應進行了理論解析,并提出了一個適合于從位于爐底中心位置的透氣元件向熔池內部吹入惰性氣體的攪拌條件下,可以描述復吹過程中熔池內部的成分和溫度變化的數學解析模型,而且模型的計算結果與熱模型試驗的實測結果相一致。Abstract: In this work, a mathematical model has been developed by means of theoretical analysis for the oxygen top-bottom combined blowing process, in which a gas-stirred is injected through the tuyere at the center of the vessel bottom, in a hot model with 100 kg capacity. By use of this model, the changes of temperature and compositions of metal bath can be estimated. The results calculated by the model have been in good agreement with the experimental data obtained in hot model experiments.
