Resistance to Atmospheric Corrosion for 08CuPVRE and 08CuP Steels

摘要: 用交流阻抗法、線性極化法等電化學測量法,研究了08CuPVRE和08CuP耐候鋼的抗大氣腐蝕性能。用重量法測定了腐蝕速率,并將該測量結果與cor-tenA鋼和A_3鋼作了對比。實驗結果表明:銅、磷和稀土元素對提高鋼的抗大氣腐蝕性能是有利的,08CuPVRE鋼具有很好的抗大氣腐蝕性能,電化學測量法是研究金屬耐蝕性能快速而又有效的方法。Abstract: The atmospheric corrosion resistance of 08CuPVRE and 08CuP weathering steels were investigated by electrochemical methods of AC impedance and linear polarization etc. The corrosion rates were determinated by weight measurements. The results obtaind by above methods compared with that of steels cor-ten A and A3 steel. The following conclusions have been drawn:copper, phosphorus and rare earth could enhance steel resistance to atmospheric corro sion. Steel 08CuPVRE has good atmospheric corrosion resistance.
