Aging of Rapid Solidification Powders of Maraging Steel

摘要: 利用SEM技術,觀察馬氏體時效鋼冷冷粉末經480℃、3h時效后的表面,發現有大量的白點相,主要分布于結晶組織的晶臂間,經能譜和波譜分析,鑒別其為Ti的化合物。顯微硬度的分析表明,激冷粉末的時效硬度遠遠高于固溶淬火后的時效硬度,并有可能利用激冷組織的特征來提高馬氏體時效鋼的性能,并調整其成分。Abstract: Use SEM, white dot precipipitations are found on the surface of rapid solidification powder of maraging steel after 3h aging at 480℃. The precipitations mainly distribute between the solidification dendrite arms on the surface, but none in the powders. The precipitations are the compound of Ti by using energy spectrum and wave spectrum analysis. The aging hardness of rapid solidification powders is much higher than that of solid quenching samples.
