Choices of ESR Cast Iron Slag Systems

摘要: 介紹鑄鐵重熔的一些實驗結果,對提出的CaF2 50%、CaO 30%、Al2O3 10%、MgO5、SiO2 5%五元渣進行了熔點、粘度和電導的測定與討論。多爐的重熔試驗表明,該渣系對鑄鐵重熔有較好的適應性。Abstract: This paper introduces some results of ESR cast iron based on predecessor's work, in addition, viscosity, conductivity and melting point of slag CaF2 50%, CaO 30%, Al2O3 10%, MgO 5%, SiO2 5%, have been measured and discussed. Experimental results based on many heats show that this slag is suitable for ESR cast iron.
