Ingredient Analyzing and Collapsibility of Z-type Mold Coating

摘要: 采用X衍射、電子探針、礦相分析等手段;對離心澆注合金鋼管所用的進口Z型涂料的配方、燒結后的涂料結構和性能,尤其對潰散性能進行了研究。結果表明:該涂料是由鋯英石(ZrSiO4)、膨潤土及少量氧化鐵和高分子有機物所組成。涂料高溫燒結后,有機物已分解揮發,鋯英石、膨潤土仍為晶態。膨潤土顆粒細化,在其表面出現一薄層液化膜使燒結涂料強度下降,潰散性能優良。據此,選用我國自產的石英粉、膨潤土、硅溶膠、CMC及其它必要的成分制成涂料,用于生產性試驗中,獲得了滿意的結果。Abstract: By means of X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe and mine-ralographic Lest the ingredient of Z-type mold coating used for making centrifugal cast steel pipe has been analysed. The results show that the coating consists of zircon (ZrSiO4), bentonite, oxide ferric and a little high polymer. After sintering at high temperature high polymer decomposes or volatilizes, zircon and bentonite remain in a crystal state and the grains of bentonite refine. On the surface of the bentonite a thin layer of liquid film forms and then strenth of the coating decreases.
