摘要: 用幾何變換方法,解決了斜軋中毛坯咬入時,最先接觸點及其特征角如何確定的計算公式。同時,為了便于工程應用,推導出一近似計算公式。從而使斜軋咬入力的計算公式可以得到實際應用。Abstract: In this paper, with the method of geometric conversion, thefirst contact point and it's characteristic aagle are determined when the roller gripping the stock. At the same time, an approximate formula has been studied out for engineering application. As a result, the calculating formula of the gripping force of skew-rolling processes can be put into use.
