Simulation of Three Dimensional Metal Deformation in Caliber Rolling

摘要: 將雙流函數法進行推廣,設定出了對任意的孔型形狀嚴格滿足速度邊界條件的速度場;并用若干相交平面代替入口剛塑性變界面使速度不連續條件得到滿足;用罰函數法使體積不變條件得到滿足;找到了一個用上界法模擬復雜孔型中金屬三維變形的一般途徑,提出了一個通用的速度場。以5#和2#角鋼的切分孔軋制為例,進行了模擬計算和相應的物理模擬實驗。求出了孔型的充滿,變形區的形狀,變形區內金屬流線的形狀,速度場,應變速率場,應力場以及軋制壓力,前滑,延伸等參數。模擬計算值與實驗值基本吻合。這種模擬復雜孔型中金屬三維變形的一般方法,為CARD技術的進一步發展打下了基礎。

Abstract: The dual-stream functions method is improved and applied to establish the velocity field which strictly satisfies velocity boundary conditions of arbitrary caliber configurations. The rigid-plastic interface at the entrance is replaced by several planes so that the velocity discontinuity condition at the entrance is satisfied. Penalty function algorithm is applied to make the incompressibity condition be satisfied. Then, in complex caliber rolling, a general method for the simulation of three dimensional metal deformation is found and a general velocity field which can be used in arbitrary three dimensional metal flow is formulated.-
