Methematical Model of Fluidity of Liquid Alloys

摘要: 針對自由晶粒阻塞流頭的流頭阻塞機制,推導出晶粒大小與合金流動性關系的數學模型。將適用于勻晶系及共晶系成份位于相圖C0 ≤ k0CE-角的合金成份與晶粒大小的關系式H代入此模型,得到了合金成份、結晶間隔與流動性的定性關系式。利用前人對共晶系合金所做的實驗數據驗證表明,這些模型適用于共晶系合金。Abstract: A methcmatical model of grain size affacting the fluidity of liquid alloys is derived based on the mechanism of chock-off at the tip of advancing stream owing to independent crystallisation. Connected the model with H, two fomulas of alloy composition, freezing range, fluidity are got out. The parameter H is used for evaluating the ability of grain refinement of alloying elements, and shows the relation between the composition at the phase diagram corner, C0<k0 CE, and grain size.
