A Comparison of Forecast Precision of Two Parameter Model in Hobbing Machine Transmission Errors Forecast

摘要: 通過計算機模擬誤差補償,從計算預報誤差的時間和精度上對兩種模型作了比較。指出滾齒機展成鏈傳動誤差預報模型應該是時變參數模型,并提出了提高時變參數模型的預報速度,以便實現誤差補償與控制的措施,得到的結論對傳動誤差的補償與控制有實際意義。Abstract: On a computer simulating compensation of the transmission error, the time and precision of the calculating forecast error of the time-invarying parameter model is compared with the those of the time-varying parameter model. It is indicated that the transmission error forecast model must be time-varying parameter model. Some methods are proposed in order to heighten forecast speed of the time-varying parameter model and realize the error compensation and control. The results are significalive of actuality to compensation and control of the transmission error.
