a' Phase Formation and Embrittlement of Fe-Cr-Al Alloy

摘要: 應用電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射技術,對低溫長期使用的鐵鉻鋁電熱合金進行分析。結果表明:晶粒長大以及鉻原子含量為75%左右的鐵鉻二元α'相在晶界和基體中析出,是導致合金變脆的主要原因;通常微量碳化物Cr23C6相以及σ相總是沿晶界分布。Abstract: Using electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques, the structure changes of Fe-Cr-Al alloy being used at low temperature for a long time were investigated. The results demonstrated that increase in embri-ttlement for the alloy was mainly caused by grain growth and α'-phase precipitation which contained 75 at% Cr; as usual, Small amount σ-phase and carbide Gr23C6 precipitated at grain boundaries.
