The Structure and Property of the Wedge Horizontal Rolling Motor Axis

摘要: 本文研究了35MnVN鋼經不同溫度加熱,進行楔橫軋成型電機軸空冷后的組織與性能。這種成型電機軸具有非常細小的鐵素體-珠光體組織,其σ_b為870~900MPa,σ_s即(σ_0.2)為759~796MPa,σ_k為69~134J/cm²。

Abstract: The thesis focused attention on structure and property of the wedge horizontal rolling motor axis which made of medium carbon microalloy steel (35MnVN). The fine ferrite-pearlite structure in motor axis was obtained in air-cooled treatment after the rolling. The main properties are:σ_b=870-900MPa, σ_s (ie σ_0.2)=759-796MPa, a_k=69-13d J/cm².
