回火過程中NdFeB系永磁合金的組織結構與磁性能

Changes of Magnetic Properties and Microstructure of NdFeB Ternary System Alloys during Annealing Process

  • 摘要: 本文研究了NdFeB三元系永磁合金在恒溫(773~1023K)回火過程中組織結構與性能的變化。實驗結果表明:在回火初期(1~3min)矯頑力較快地提高,達到峰值后矯頑力又降低。回火溫度越低,矯頑力達到峰值所需的時間越長,與燒結態相比,回火后矯頑力可提高1倍。回火前后合金的基體相沒有變化,都是單相的,沒有缺陷。回火過程僅是晶界,特別是晶界交隅處發生晶化與共晶轉變。回火后矯頑力的提高與晶界的變化有關。
