The Process of Electroplating Zinc-Iron Alloy on Steel Sheet and Performace of Coating

摘要: 本文討論了鋼板電鍍鋅-鐵合金工藝,并對鋅-鐵合金鍍層的顯微結構、相成分、表面形貌、顯微硬度、結合力、穩定電位和耐蝕性進行了研究。結果表明:用電鍍法可以獲得一種高質量的含鐵為16~17%的鋅鐵合金鍍層。

Abstract: A high-grade Zn-Fe alloy coating containing 16-17 wt% Fe can be obtained by electroplating in the plating solution consisting of sulfate solution. The micrograph of this coating has found η phase, δ1 phase, Y phase and a phase.H_m=803.6-891.8MPa.
