Microstructure of Rapidly Solidified Powders and Characteristic of Microsegregation

摘要: 本文詳細討論了激冷霧化馬氏體時效鋼粉末的形貌變化伴隨的溶質原子的偏析特征。結果表明,隨著冷卻速度的增加,在粉末的結晶形貌發生樹枝晶→胞狀枝晶→胞狀晶→痘點狀晶變化的同時,溶質原子的偏析程度明顯下降,偏析特征隨之改變。當獲得痘點狀晶時,沒有發現溶質原子的明顯偏析。Abstract: The microsegregation characteristic with which structure of rapidly solidified Powders of maraging steel is accompanied has been studied. The experimental results are as follows:with increasing cooling rates, segregation characteristic changed as the structure changed from dendritic→cellular-dendritic→cellular→pisolitic morphology. Microsegregation extent decreased obvious.It is found that nosegregation occurs when the microstructure is Pisolitic structure.
