AIR FLOW VISUALIZATION BY HELIUM BUBBLE TRACING TECHNIQUE

摘要: 本文利用氦氣泡示蹤技術成功地對工業爐中流體流動模型進行攝象。氦氣泡發生器,低速發生頭和發泡液由我們自制。對二維及三維回流流型,固體障礙后的繞流等拍照證明,圖象清晰,效果良好,使用方便,它是進行流體力學實驗和教學的一種比較實用的方法。Abstract: Some typical aerodynamic flow patterns that related to industrial furnaces have been successfully photographed by using the helium bubble tracing technique.
The apparatus and the bubble solution are made in the laboratory of BUIST.
By using a multi-exposure method more stream lines were catched in the focus, it is especially useful for studying the air flow pattern mainly affected by the jet from a coal water slurry burner, or a RK type oil burner. -
