A Study ot Magnetomechnicai Acoustic Emission (MAE) n Ferromagnetic Material

摘要: 鐵磁材料的磁疇不連續運動產生聲發射,該類聲發射與材材的磁滯伸縮效應有關,稱之謂磁聲發射(Ma gnetomecnical AeoustiC Emission),簡稱MAE。磁聲發射作為無損檢測的方法,較之于x射線,聲表面法等有其突出的優點,C成為正在發展的一項新技術。本文主要研究含碳量不同的鐵鋼材料和含鎳量不同的鐵鎳合金的磁聲發射特征,討論磁聲發射對磁場和材料的化學成分、應力狀態、塑性變形、微觀結構的依賴關系,并根據聲發射和鐵磁學理論提出了磁聲發射產生的機制模型,對實驗結果作了較詳細地分析。Abstract: Acoustic emission caused by the motion of magnetic domain walls in a ferromagnetic material ralates to magnetostriction effect This is called MAE (Magnetomechanical Acoustic Emission) Magnetomechnical acoustic emission depends on the microstruction, chemical composition and stress state of material.It can be used for non-destructive testing. As a newly developing non-destructive testing technique for residual stress measurements, it has a advance over other methods such as x-ray diffraction and acoustic surface wave. This paper mainly describes the chractries of MAE of steel with different carbon content and Fe-Ni alloys with different nickel content, influence of chemical composition,stress state、plastic deformation and heat treatment on MAE.A model of MAE origin mechanism is given in this paper according to the experimental results anb is discussed in detail.
