Study of Resistance to Corrosion of Tantalum in molten Salt Mixture of Fluorides

摘要: 涂鉭的鎳基合金在900℃熔融的K2TaF7—KF—NaF系混合鹽里腐蝕實驗表明,涂鉭層的耐腐蝕性能比純鉭高,這和基體的合金元素有關。涂層樣品經金相、電鏡、電予探針觀測證明,沉積溫度1050℃時的涂鉭層耐氟化物熔體腐蝕較為理想。Abstract: At 900℃ in mixture of molten K2TaF7-KF-NaF system the Corrosion tests indicated that resistance to corrosion of tantalum Coating is higher than pure tantalum. It is connected with alloy element of substrate.The observation coating by metallography election microscope microprobe has been proven. in fluoribes molteu the corrosion resistant of coating tantalum under deposition temperature 1050℃ is better.
