關于用行星軋機輔助的帶鋼連軋機生產窄帶鋼的建議

摘要: 為了大力發展窄帶鋼的生產,提出了用行星軋機輔助的窄帶鋼連軋方案。這是一種用行星軋機作粗軋、用3~4架四輥軋機作精軋的新的連軋工藝。其特點是機架少,投資省、易于調整。本文提出了750及450毫米兩種連軋機的設計方案,分別用來生產最大寬度為620及320毫米,最小厚度為1.25毫米,卷重3~6.5噸的窄帶鋼。其年產量分別為33~40萬噸及15~18萬噸。我們對行星軋機經歷了三次從實踐到認識的循環過程。我們所發展的新型鉗式行星軋機具有剛度大,重量輕,同步準確可靠及能夠長期正常運轉等優點,把它用在這種連軋機前,可以便連軋機有較高的作業率及較好的工作性能。本文對這種連軋機設計方案的可行性進行了闡述。Abstract: Jor the production of narrow strip of less than 600 mm in width, a hot strip mill with a planetary mill as roughing mill and three to four 4-high mills as finishing mill was suggested. The features of the said mill are less in number of mill stands, lower in investment and easily operate. Hot strip mills of 750 and 450mm has been designed which can be used to produce strips of 1.25mm minimum thickness, up to 620 and 320mm in width and up to 6.5 and 3 tons in coil weight respectively. The planetary mill used is of the clam type which we have developed and used successfully twice in a pilot plant. The important features of clam type planetary mill are: higher in mill rigidity, lower in weight simpler in synchronous mechanism of upper and lower planetary rolls. The feasibility of using this hind of hot strip mill to roll narraw strip has been discussed.
