An Investigation into the Fundamental Parameters of Hoist Gear Reducer Series

摘要: 本文對起重機械上廣泛使用的ZQ型齒輪減速器系列的基本參數進行了剖析,揭示了該系列基本參數存在的一些問題。研究和探討系列的新參數,提出一套用于5～50噸橋式起重機齒輪減速器系列基本參數的新方案。新方案在減速器系列傳動功率配置合理,提高齒輪減速器的負載能力,降低減速器的重量和尺寸以及改善齒輪的潤滑條件等方面都有一定的效益。Abstract: This paper analyzed the fundamental parameters of gear reducer series type ZQ they are in wide use for cranes, some problems have been dissected in the parameters, Meanwhile some new parameters have been studied for 5-50 tf overhead travelling cranes. The new parameters will be of benefit to rational arrangement of transmitting power, raise of load-carrying capacity of reducer, decrease of the size and weight of reducer, and also improvement of lubrication condition of gear,etc.
