摘要: 帶鋼板形質量的提高,已成為當前生產中的重要問題。本文通過現場實測及理論計算,分析了原始板形,工作輥、支承輥型,彎輥力配置及熱凸度等影響板形控制的主要因素,以尋求最佳板形的確定方法。Abstract: It is important to improve the quality of strip shape in present production. This paper offers some key factors which affect the strip shape, such as the original shape, patterns of work and back-up rolls, disposed of bending force and heat crown through the practical measurement and the theoratical calculation, in order to obtain an optimium strip shape.
