摘要: 熱鋸機在冶金廠得到廣泛的應用。提高鋸片使用壽命,摸清鋸齒失效原因,仍是當前值得注意的問題。本文從調查國內鋸片使用的情況出發,歸納了鋸片失效的類型。并用彈性力學有限單元法,解出了典型鋸齒的應力場及應變場,對分析鋸齒破壞機理,設計合理的齒形提供了力學依據。
為確定合理鋸切力能參數,本文應用了彈塑性有限元法求出的計算結果。
我國冶金廠和機械廠擁有數千臺鋸機,每年要消耗大量的鋸片。如唐山市冶金鋸片廠這樣的專業廠,每年要為上百個廠家提供各種規格的圓盤鋸片,其中大直徑的熱切鋸片占有一定的比例。近年來,由于改進了制造工藝,嚴格質量標準,使鋸片質量得到了提高。但由使用的效果看,鋸片早期破損的情況仍然發生。因此,進一步摸清鋸片的失效原因,尋找其破壞的機理,提高鋸片的使用壽命,仍是當前一項重要的工作。Abstract: Hot saw has been extensivelg used in metallurgical plant.The question of clearly knowing the real reason of sawtooth failure and increasing the service life of saw disc still merits attention at present.Based on the investigation of the condition of saws service at home, various types of saw disc failure are summa-rized in this artical. The typical stress and strain fields of sawtooth is computed with finite element method in elasticity and the results may provide mechanical basis for analysis of mechanisum of the sawtooth failure and design of reasonable tooth shape.
In this paper, the compatation by finite element method in plasto-elast-icity is applied to determine proper force-energy parameter of saw. -
