Investigation of the Small Billet Quality for a Continuously Cast Strand

摘要: 邯鄲鋼鐵廠R5.25米的一機四流弧形小方坯連鑄機。本文結合現行工藝操作,調查研究了小方坯鑄坯的表面質量,內部質量和產品的機械性能。為改善鑄坯質量提供了依據。

Abstract: The quality of the billet is associated with the technology parameters of Continuous caster. Under conditions of actual technology operation of Continuous Caster in Han dan steelwork, the external and internal quality of a square billet, and the mechnical proprety of the rolling products has been investigated in order to be able to minimize various defects and improve its quality.
