摘要: 文本根據現場工藝實驗的比較,用熱力學觀點分析討論了用固體碳還原鐵鱗時采用還原罐密封工藝的不合理性,及還原罐密封工藝對產品質量的影響和不必要的工序增加材料消耗造成的經濟損失。Abstract: In this paper the unreasonablenss of the technology using solid carbon to reduce rolling scale in the closed pot has been analyzed and discussed according to thermodynamic viewpoint. Also the increase of the unnecessery technological operation, and the lowering of the guality of products,and the raised consumption of raw materials and labour,resulting from the technology and the consequent economic loss have been analyzed and discussed.
