An X-Ray Diffraction Study of Amorphous Alloy Fe80B20 After Cold Rolling Deformation and the Determination of Its Radial Distribution Function(RDF)

  • 摘要: 作者比較了Fe80B20非晶合金薄帶在冷軋變形前后的x射線衍射圖譜,冷軋變形使該合金衍射圖譜第一峰的峰值稍向小角度方向移動,并使這一峰的寬度稍有增加。作者編制了測定非晶物質RDF的計算機程序,并測定了Fe80B20非晶合金冷軋前后的曲線。在我們實驗精度的范圍內,未能觀察到該合金冷軋前后RDF曲線的變化。
