Morphological study of Widmanstatten ferrite in Hypo Eutectoid Steel

摘要: 本文用各種不同的加熱溫度和不同的冷卻方式,對20A深沖彈鋼中出現的各種鐵素體形態進行了光學金相和電子金相的觀察,經過分析表明,在含碳量一定的低碳鋼中,鐵素體的形態和冷卻方式,冷卻速度有關,并且這些形態大都符合Dubè所作的分類。本文根據鐵素體片的形態討論了它的形核和長大的機構學。Abstract: The morphologg of ferrite of deep drawing scel 20A after different treatment has been studied by optical microscope and electron microscope. It was found that the morphology of ferrite is related to the cooling mode and the cooling rate.The morphology is in reasonable agreement with Dubes Classification. The mechanism of the nucleation and growth of ferrite was discussed.
