大型轉爐所用五孔噴頭射流特性的研究

Research on the Characteristic of the Jet Stream Discharged from the Five-Orifice Lance Nozzle Used on Large Uessel of BOF

  • 摘要: 測定了五孔噴頭射流速度的衰減速率。測定結果表明,由于中孔射流和邊孔射流的邊界條件不同,因而它們的速度衰減速率不同。當中孔和邊孔的直徑相等時,在正常的槍位下,射流速度中孔比邊孔大一倍。為了充分地利用五孔噴頭的射流對熔池的有效和均勻的攪拌作用,要求作用于熔池面時,中孔射流的速度應等于或略大于邊孔射流的速度,為此設計五孔噴頭時應使中孔面積(A)小于每個邊孔面積(A)。測定結果得出A/A應為0.6~0.8。
