包鋼燒結礦及球團礦在高爐內的冶煉特性及破損的試驗研究

  • 摘要: 本文通過55米3高爐的冶煉試驗獲得了包鋼燒結礦及球團礦的冶煉特性及在爐內的破損情況。為了進行對比,并對白云礦高氧化鎂的包鋼燒結礦及太鋼燒結礦進行冶煉試驗。
    通過試驗確定了包鋼燒結礦及球團礦冶煉性能差、容易結瘤的主要原因是該礦軟熔溫度低、膨脹粉化高,而其中堿金屬及氟的循環富集造成的破壞作用起了決定性的影響。文中并提出了改進包鋼燒結礦及球團礦冶煉性能的措施。
