硼向奧氏體晶界的非平衡偏聚

  • 摘要: 采用高分辨率的徑跡顯微照相技術,研究了淬火硼鋼中硼向奧氏體晶界偏聚的規律,定量地測定出跨過奧氏體晶界的硼的成分剖面圖以及非平衡晶界偏聚的特征參量(晶界貧硼區寬度、晶界富集程度和富集帶寬度)。試驗表明,這種偏聚具有如下特征:
    在偏聚晶界的二側存在有一定寬度的貧硼區,晶界偏聚的硼,是在冷卻過程中由該區富集而來;這種偏聚對冷卻速度很敏感,急速冷卻可加以抑制,隨冷卻速度降低,晶界偏聚由連續的偏聚帶,逐步發展為不連續的聚集直至明顯的硼相析出,貧硼區寬度與冷卻速度的平方根成反比;它的溫度關系與平衡晶界偏聚的予吉相反,隨淬火溫度升高,晶界偏聚程度與貧硼區寬度增加。
    試驗論證了,淬火硼鋼中硼向奧氏體晶界的偏聚,與平衡晶界偏聚有明顯區別,它是在冷卻過程中發生的一種非平衡的晶界偏聚。
