硅錳鑰釩鋼低溫回火脆性問題的研究

  • 摘要: 本文利用沖擊韌性試驗,斷裂韌性試驗,顯微斷口形貌觀察及離子探針等分析方法研究了硅錳扣釩鋼的低溫回火脆性。試驗結果表明,不含鉬的硅錳鋼,有明顯的低溫回火脆性,這個脆性出現在360℃(以下簡稱360℃脆性)。加入鉬(>0.3%)能使360℃脆性大大減弱,甚至完全被抑制。但釩含量從0.05到0.33%對360℃脆性無顯著影響。鉬和釩對斷裂韌性的影響具有與沖擊韌性相似的規律。離子探封的分析結果表明,硅猛鋼360℃脆性的出現是與磷浴奧氏體晶界的偏析有關。
