  • 摘要: 隨著光伏產業的迅猛發展,晶硅切割廢料的數量不斷增加。對晶硅切割廢料中的硅資源進行回收及高值化利用,不僅可以有效降低環境污染風險、保障人體健康,而且可以促進高純硅資源的循環利用,具有重要的環保與經濟價值。本文首先介紹了光伏產業的發展背景以及晶硅切割廢料的來源、分類以及廢料中硅資源的存在形式。隨后,以物理法和化學法為框架梳理了晶硅切割廢料中硅資源回收的技術路線,評價了不同回收方法的優點和局限性,評估了晶硅切割廢料在不同領域中展現出的應用價值。最后,分析了晶硅切割廢料中硅資源回收產業面臨的瓶頸問題,并提出了相應的解決建議。本綜述所梳理的內容有助于促進光伏產業的高質量可持續發展。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry, the amount of silicon-cutting waste is constantly increasing. Recycling and high-value utilization of silicon resources from silicon-cutting waste can not only effectively reduce environmental pollution risks and protect human health but also promote the recycling of high-purity silicon resources, which have significant environmental and economic value. This article first introduces the development background of the photovoltaic industry, as well as the sources, classifications, and forms of silicon resources in silicon-cutting waste. Subsequently, the technical route for silicon resource recovery from silicon-cutting waste was outlined using physical and chemical methods, and the advantages and limitations of different recovery methods were evaluated. The application value of silicon cutting waste in different fields was also assessed. Finally, the bottleneck problems faced by the silicon resource recycling industry in silicon cutting waste were analyzed, and corresponding solutions were proposed. The content summarized in this review will help promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry.
