露天礦山隱蔽致災探測技術發展現狀及演進路徑

Development Status and Evolution Path of Hidden Disaster Detection Technology in Open-pit Mine

  • 摘要: “安全綠色、智能高效”已成為世界范圍內露天礦山開采的共識性目標。縱觀采礦發展史,礦難發生的致災機理和地質情況不清、災害威脅不明是導致礦山安全事故發生的主要原因。首先基于露天礦山生產現狀,總結分析了露天礦山隱蔽致災因素類型,從地質構造、水文地質、不良地質以及火災等四個層面簡要闡述了對露天開采產生的安全影響。從探測技術初步階段到智能化探測階段,歸納總結了礦山地質勘探技術四個階段隱蔽致災因素探測演進路徑。其次,基于探測技術的理論與技術體系,對礦山勘探技術進行了分級分類,并分別就技術優缺點、技術研究現狀、技術應用現狀以及技術未來發展方向等4個層面對露天礦山隱蔽災害探測方法進行了探討和分析。然后,從技術瓶頸、應用壁壘以及管理痛點等3個角度,歸納總結了當前隱蔽致災因素探測方法存在的精度性、協調性、經濟性、周期性、可解釋性、缺失性以及可靠性等多維度技術瓶頸和前沿挑戰。最后,從多物理場協同反演技術體系構建、智能感知與預警技術范式創新及標準體系與綠色技術協同等3個層面,提出了露天礦山隱蔽災害探測技術的多模態融合與智能化演進路徑,助力我國露天礦山向高質量階段穩定發展。

     

    Abstract: “Safe, green, intelligent and efficient” has become a consensus goal for open-pit mining worldwide. Throughout the history of mining development, the unclear mechanisms and geological conditions of mining accidents, as well as the unclear threat of disasters, are the main reasons for the occurrence of mining safety accidents. Firstly, based on the current production status of open-pit mines, the types of hidden disaster causing factors in open-pit mines were summarized and analyzed. The safety impacts of open-pit mining were briefly explained from four aspects: geological structure, hydrogeology, adverse geology, and fire. From the initial stage of detection technology to the intelligent detection stage, the evolution path of hidden disaster causing factors detection in four stages of mining geological exploration technology has been summarized. Secondly, based on the theory and technical system of detection technology, the mining exploration technology was classified and classified, and the detection methods for hidden disasters in open-pit mines were discussed and analyzed from four aspects: technical advantages and disadvantages, current research status, current application status, and future development direction. Then, from three perspectives: technological bottlenecks, application barriers, and management pain points, the current methods for detecting hidden disaster causing factors were summarized, including accuracy, coordination, economy, periodicity, interpretability, deficiency, and reliability, which pose multidimensional technological bottlenecks and cutting-edge challenges. Finally, from three aspects: the construction of a multi physics field collaborative inversion technology system, the innovation of intelligent perception and early warning technology paradigms, and the collaboration between standard systems and green technologies, a multimodal fusion and intelligent evolution path for hidden disaster detection technology in open-pit mines is proposed to help China's open-pit mines develop steadily towards a high-quality stage.
