鈣處理過程夾雜物演變及熱力學分析

Evolution of inclusions during calcium treatment in liquid steel and its thermodynamic analysis

  • 摘要: 通過檢測分析鈣處理前后鋼中夾雜物的形貌和成分的變化,探討鋼液鈣處理過程中夾雜物演變規律.利用熱力學計算,優化鈣處理工藝.結果表明,鈣處理可以將鋼液中不規則固態夾雜物改性為球形液態夾雜物;1873 K下,當Al為0.030%時,O控制在5×10-617×10-6,Ca控制在0.7×10-630×10-6,鋼中夾雜物變性效果良好;當Al為0.030%時,S控制在6×10-619×10-6,既能使鋼中Al2O3夾雜生成液態鋁酸鈣夾雜物,同時又可以減少CaS生成.

     

    Abstract: The morphologies and compositions of typical inclusions in liquid steel before and after calcium treatment were observed to study the evolution mechanism of non-metallic inclusions during calcium treatment. The process of calcium treatment could be modified by thermodynamic analysis. Results show that irregular solid inclusions finally change into spherical inclusions after calcium treatment. When the mass fraction of aluminum in liquid steel is 0.03% at 1873 K, the mass fractions of oxygen and calcium should be controlled in the range of 5×10-6~17×10-6 and 0.7×10-6~30×10-6, respectively. Inclusions in liquid steel can be modified effectively. When the mass fraction of sulfur in liquid steel at 1873 K is in the range of 6×10-6~19×10-6, liquid calcium aluminate inclusions can be formed via Al2O3, and the formation of CaS can be decreased.
