基于激光共聚焦顯微鏡模擬微合金鋼連鑄過程中第二相的析出行為

Precipitation behaviors of secondary phases in micro-alloy steels during continuous casting simulated by CLSM

  • 摘要: 通過高溫激光共聚焦顯微鏡模擬了微合金鋼在不同冷卻工藝下的凝固過程,并原位觀察該過程樣品表面的變化,探討樣品表面變化與第二相析出的關聯性.研究結果表明:隨著微合金鋼鋼液的凝固冷卻,樣品表面會出現細小浮凸;該浮凸出現的溫度及分布位置與第二相的析出理論計算及透射電鏡表征結果一致;通過原位觀察該浮凸的產生,可間接表征第二相的析出,有利于分析第二相對基體組織演變的影響.

     

    Abstract: Solidification of micro-alloyed steels under different cooling processes was simulated by confocal laser scanning micros-copy (CLSM), and the change of the sample surface was in-situ observed. The correlation between the change of the sample surface and the precipitation of secondary phases was discussed. It is found that some small reliefs appear on the sample surface during liquid steel solidification. The appearing temperature and the distribution of reliefs are consistent with the results of the theoretical calculation of secondary phase precipitation and the characterization of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The precipitation of secondary phases can be indirectly characterized by in-situ observations of surface reliefs, which will be helpful to analyze the effect of secondary phases on the evolution of the matrix.
