硫酸鋁/聚丙烯酰胺聯合調質對銅坑礦礦井泥漿脫水性能的影響

Effect of polyacrylamide conditioning combined with aluminum sulfate on Tongkeng mine slurry dewatering behavior

  • 摘要: 通過對泥漿毛細吸水時間(CST)的測定,分析了硫酸鋁/聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)聯合調質對泥漿脫水性能的影響,同時考察了加藥時間間隔、攪拌時間、攪拌強度、總藥劑投加量以及藥劑配比對泥漿脫水效果的影響.當PAM進行單獨投加時,PAM投加量為3 mg·g-1時,泥漿的CST值最小,為17.4 s.當混凝劑硫酸鋁和PAM進行聯合投加時,硫酸鋁投加量為1.5 mg·g-1,PAM投加量為3 mg·g-1時,泥漿的CST值降低到16.9 s.實驗確定適宜的加藥時間間隔為45 s,攪拌時間為120 s,攪拌強度為40 r·min-1.通過正交試驗得到總藥劑投加量和藥劑配比對泥漿脫水效果影響的順序為總藥劑投加量>藥劑配比,且總藥劑的最佳投加量為4 mg·g-1,藥劑質量比PAM:Al2(SO4)3為1︰3.

     

    Abstract: The influence of polyacrylamide (PAM) conditioning combined with Al2(SO4)3 coagulant on Tongkeng mine slurry dewatering behavior was investigated by capillary water absorption time (CST) measurements. The depen-dence of the slurry dewatering behavior on interval time of adding chemicals, stirring time, stir intensity, total dosage of chemicals, and chemicals ratio were analyzed in detail. When adding PAM alone in the slurry, the CST reaches its minimum value of 17.4 s at the PAM dosage of 3 mg·g-1. But when simultaneously adding Al2(SO4)3 coagulant and 3 mg·g-1 PAM in the slurry, the CST decreases to 16.9 s at the Al2(SO4)3 dosage of 1.5 mg·g-1. The appropriate opreating conditions were experimentally determined as the interval time of adding chemicals of 45 s, the stirring time of 120 s, and the stirring intensity of 40 r·min-1. By means of orthogonal experiment design, the significance of parameters influencing the slurry dewatering behavior is in the order of total dosage of chemicals 〉 chemicals ratios, and the optimal total dosage of chemicals is 4 mg·g-1, with the mass ratio of PAM and Al2(SO4)3 of 1:3.
